After a storm with hail literally the size of golf balls damaged most of the buildings in Casper, Wyoming in 1978, local contractors couldnt keep up with insurance business demand for repair work. Two brothers, Lee and Larry Judson, saw an opportunity to take their construction skills on the road to help out and make a little money. Several mediations, postponement after postponement of court dates, week after week of contractors at the house working on estimates of re-doing the stucco, numerous hours of research on acrylic stucco and elastomeric paint, just to find out from the experts, the acrylic stucco or elastomeric paint will not correct the problem”, she says.
